Liverpool Transfer News: Klopp eyed by Bayern Munich as successor to Carlo Ancelotti

English Premier League (EPL) club Liverpool’s manager Jurgen Klopp is loved at his club. The Anfield supporters adore their German manager and expect great things in near future. However, German Bundesliga giant Bayern Munich have expressed their interest in the manager to succeed after Carlo Ancelotti’s time at the Allianz Arena ends.

Bayern Munich wants Jurgen Klopp to become their next manager. This will be after their current manager Ancelotti’s time is over at the club, as reported by The Daily Star.

The 49-year-old had a brilliant spell in the German league as the manager of Mainz. He then moved to Borussia Dortmund where he guided the club to two Bundesliga titles along with a Champions League final appearance, as reported by

Klopp currently is contracted to Liverpool for a long-term and will stay at the club until June 2022. The Anfield board recently offered the German with a bumper six-year deal.

Klopp is also enjoying his managerial time at Liverpool and will be in no hurry to return back to the Bundesliga. However, if an approach from the likes for Bayern Munich comes in, it could a difficult proposal to reject.

“Jurgen is very highly thought of there. He will top the list of candidates to be the next coach.” An insider source of Bayern said.

The present situation is perfect for Bayern Munich. Ancelotti is contracted to the Bavarian outfit until the end of the 2017-18 season. They want the former Real Madrid and Chelsea manager to remain at the club.

However, should he leave, they want to have a world-class option available in the form of Liverpool’s Klopp.
