The transfer of Paul Pogba will highlight the newspaper headlines this summer as the Juventus midfielder is on his way out of Turin. Manchester United is on red alert as the Old Lady have unofficially transfer listed the player. New United manager Jose Mourinho wants to bring the midfielder back at The Theater of Dreams with a hope of building his squad around the French midfield sensation.

According to reports, Juventus wants to cash in on the player who has had four successful years with them. However, the Bianconeri will only listen to offers more than the world record transfer fee of $126 million which Real Madrid paid for Gareth Bale in 2013. Juventus has placed Pogba on the transfer market with a hope that all the top clubs across Europe will come in with their offer, as reported by The Times.

One of the main advantages which United have over Pogba is his agent Mino Raiola, who shares another client Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is also linked to an Old Trafford move this summer. Ed Woodward and Jose Mourinho are looking to strike a deal which will allow both the superstars to make their way to the red side of Manchester.

It has to be noted that Pogba was a Manchester United academy graduate. The 23-year-old midfielder left the club in 2012 after falling out with the then United manager Sir Alex Ferguson. Ferguson was allegedly angry with Pogba and his agent Raiola over an exorbitant wage demand despite not featuring in United’s first team.

The 23-year-old then signed for Juventus and went on to win four consecutive Serie A titles with the Turin based club. Pogba also guided his team to a Champions League final in 2014/15.
