English Premier League (EPL) giant Manchester United supporters are having a wonderful time at the moment in regards to newspaper headlines. After Jose Mourinho was officially declared as their manager, United has been constantly linked with superstar footballers all across the globe. Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of the names who is rated highly to ply his trade at Old Trafford next season. However, his agent Mino Raiola has come out in public to cast a shadow of doubt over his client’s move to Manchester United this summer.

“We have not decided anything yet. I think it will be a surprise in the end. Everyone is harping only about United, United, United. Everyone assumes that he must go to Manchester United, but that is not true.” Raiola said, according to Expressen – via Manchester Evening News.

The transfer of Ibrahimovic will not include any transfer money as the striker is a free agent and this will likely provide him with astronomical wages. With top clubs from Europe and China in for the striker, it looks like the one who could afford the Sweden international in the end will win the race for his capture.

Despite the recent speculations trying to cast a doubt over the 34-year-old striker’s move to Manchester United, Sky Sports News HQ is confident that Ibrahimovic will be delighted with a move to Old Trafford as Mourinho and his team of coaches will welcome him with open arms.

However, it is known all across the football world how agents use the media to create a suspense of where their client is heading to extract the best possible deal. This scenario could be the same with Raiola using the press to get the best deal possible for Ibrahimovic and create suspense before finally announcing his Manchester United move.
