Paul Pogba is on Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho’s radar. The Juventus midfielder has sparked more transfer rumors by dining with Zlatan Ibrahimovic in California.
Pogba is the Red Devil’s primary transfer target this summer, but they face competition from Real Madrid. The French International is currently spending holidays in Los Angeles with Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Both the players are enjoying their time together away from soccer after the conclusion of Euro 2016.
The Swedish superstar has already completed his move to Old Trafford, but Pogba’s future still remains uncertain. Jose Mourinho wants to add the mercurial midfielder to United’s roster this summer.
Chef Bobby Chinn claims that Pogba and Ibrahimovic dined together with their respective families in a restaurant in California, according to the Daily Mail.
Chinn managed to take pictures with both the players and has speculated that they discussed Manchester United while munching on the food.
Pogba left United as a free agent in 2012. Now the Red Devils are trying to bring him back on a world record deal worth approximately $132 million.
Earlier in the offseason, Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola said that Spanish giants Real Madrid are also interested in the 23-year-old superstar midfielder. He also pointed out that initial talks between Real Madrid and the French International had taken place. Raiola has reportedly set a deadline of the end of July for Pogba’s future to be resolved.
Mourinho has just one of his four summer transfer targets left to pursue. Can the maverick coach finally convince Pogba to return at Old Trafford?
