France international and Juventus superstar Paul Pogba has agreed upon a 10-year deal with German sports manufacturing giants Adidas worth $44 million.

Paul Pogba is one of the most talented youngsters of the game and has set the world on fire with a string of amazing performances. It is due to his recent form and talent which has prompted Adidas to make an offer to the French sensation, as reported by La Gazetta dello Sport.

The 22-year-old has signed a lucrative 10-year contract which will offer him $44 million. There were reports that Pogba’s agent Mino Raiola was flirting with the likes of Nike as well.

During recent years, Paul Pogba was seen wearing boots of both Nike and Adidas during matches. Sometimes we could even see him swapping the companies during a single match. However, all is set to change following the Frenchman’s massive decade-long deal.

With Adidas signing Pogba, speculations have resurfaced regarding the former Manchester United academy star returning to Old Trafford. Adidas is the current kit-sponsor of the Red Devils and they would want one of their premier faces of the brand represent a club donning its jersey.

Manchester United looks all set to appoint ex-Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho as the next supremo of Old Trafford. It is known that Mourinho always brings in big names to the club he takes charge in. Pogba is certainly one of the prime candidates to return to Old Trafford next summer should Mourinho take the helm.

It should be noted that Real Madrid are also interested in signing Pogba. The club from Madrid also has Adidas as its kit-sponsor.
