“We are able to solve our first quarter. Usually (we have a) bad start and we were able to control the tempo of the game,” said San Miguel head coach, Leo Austria.

Austria, said to the media after their loss in Game 3 that he scolded his players and was happy to see that it has a result on the team.

“I have to do that and I’m happy they responded. They have a different approach to this game. Maybe because we are in a brink of elimination because seldom a team comes back from 1-3.”
