World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) superstar Braun Strowman has recently underwent a surgery to fix an elbow injury. The Mountain Among Men will likely miss action for the next couple RAW pay-per-views (PPV).
Despite the recent setback, Strowman took to Instagram and informed the WWE Universe that his injury is a minor speed bump. He will return to become the most destructive force in WWE history.
“I will return to finish what I’ve started and that’s carving my name in history as the most destructive thing #WWE has ever seen. This surgery is just a minor speed bump I will return bigger stronger faster and even more dangerous than ever mark my words I’m the definition of unstoppable!!!” Strowman posted.

Strowman to miss WWE action for 4-8 weeks
Pro Wrestling Sheet revealed earlier this week that Strowman will miss WWE programming over the next few weeks due to an elbow injury. The injury is projected to be minor. However, it will take around 4-8 weeks for Strowman to recover.
The 33-year-old is likely to miss Extreme Rules next month. However, his status for the rumored match with Brock Lesnar at Great Balls of Fire is still in question.
Roman Reigns was originally scheduled to fight Strowman at the Extreme Rules PPV. But, the plans had to be scrapped with the man from Sherrills Ford, North Carolina suffering an injury.
Next opponents for Reigns and Brock Lesnar
The WWE creative will now name a new opponent for Reigns at Extreme Rules. Bray Wyatt is being rumored to feud with The Big Dog until Strowman returns to WWE programming. Finn Balor is also being considered as a potential replacement for Strowman at Great Balls of Fire to face Brock Lesnar.
Strowman’s injury couldn’t have come at a worse time. This is considering how big of a push he’s been getting since the Brand Split. In less than a year, the WWE have changed Strowman from just another Wyatt Family member to a main event level superstar.
