Former WWE superstars Edge and Beth Phoenix are expecting their second child together. The couple was present at the 2016 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony where WWE.com caught up with them.

“I haven’t been able to come back here for a couple of years because I’ve been chasing our first child, Lyric — our little two-year-old who’s very excited to be a big sister,” Phoenix told WWE.com.

The 35-year-old wrestler added that it was good to see her former colleagues again since her retirement back in 2012. She also noted that she’s very happy to meet the newest generation of women that started a revolution.

His partner and WWE Hall of Famer Edge commented on their relationship. “It’s a partnership. It has to be, in order to juggle everything. Fortunately, I’ve got a pillar, so I can go and do the show knowing that everything at home is A-OK. It’s been an interesting ride over the past few months,” Edge said.

Edge is currently starring on his own show at WWE Network with his best friend and retired wrestler Christian while “The Glamazon” is a stay-at-home mom taking care of their daughter and four dogs. She is also getting a master’s degree in forensic psychology.

Edge and Beth Phoenix has been together since 2011 and had a daughter named Lyric back in December 2013. The family is currently living in Asheville, North Carolina and is excited to welcome their newest member.

“The Rated-R Superstar” retired last 2011 due to neck issues and is a part-time actor. He is an 11-time WWE champion, five-time Intercontinental champion, and a 14-time tag team champion. Edge was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the 2012 class.

On the other hand, Beth Phoenix is one-time Divas champion and four-time WWE Women’s champion. She was also named Diva of the Year back in 2008 and is also considered a future WWE Hall of Famer.
