The Club is currently in the middle of a feud with John Cena and it will likely culminate in August at SummerSlam. According to the latest WWE rumors, there are plans to have The Club feud against The Shield later this year.

But how do you get The Shield back together? Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns are all in the main event picture at the moment. They will battle for the WWE championship at Battleground in a Triple Threat Match.

Eric Arrington of Daily Wrestling News reported that Vince McMahon and other top officials are interested in a feud between The Club and The Shield. But first, they want to make the trio of A.J. Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows look stronger.

If this is indeed true, they will win the feud against Cena at SummerSlam and cement their claim as the best stable in the company. On the other hand, adding a new member could also make The Club look stronger.

The report noted that one source thinks that Finn Balor will be added to The Club although it has not been confirmed. The WWE Draft can also affect how later storylines are booked. The brand extension will see Monday Night Raw and SmackDown have distinct rosters.

According to Sportskeeda, it will still be several months before the WWE pulls the trigger on a dream feud. The reunion of The Shield itself is a pretty big deal, as well as the debut of Finn Balor.
