In the recent episode of SmackDown Live, Alexa Bliss retained the women’s championship by defeating Becky Lynch. Bliss had some help from La Luchadora, who is the masked wrestler portrayed by Becky herself last week.

A lot of WWE rumors and speculations have circled around on who was under the mask. Here is SportsRageous’ list of the five possible WWE superstars who could be La Luchadora.

Eva Marie

Before her suspension, Eva Marie was in the middle of the feud with Becky Lynch. It is would be a good continuity if Eva Marie is revealed as the one under the La Luchadora mask. She has been rumored to be coming back in the last several weeks.

Mickie James

The WWE re-signed former women’s and Divas champion, Mickie James. She is expected to debut on the main roster next year and she will be assigned to the SmackDown Live brand. A rivalry between Mickie and Becky is not a bad way to start 2017.

Deonna Purrazzo

If you don’t know Deonna Purrazzo, she was the enhancement talent that Alexa Bliss beat up. She has the motive to attack Becky Lynch because her opportunity was taken away last week. There were also several reports on Twitter confirming Purrazzo is indeed the masked wrestler.

The skin color of La Luchadora is different from Paige but the WWE could always use a body double to make it work. Also, Paige could have just gotten tanned for the role and she is a fresh face on the SmackDown Live women’s division. However, she just recently underwent neck surgery and might not be cleared to return just yet.
