Former World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins is set to juggle his wrestling schedule as he is also being billed for a big screen gig. Rollins is rumored to appear in the fourth installment of the sci-fi flick, Sharknado series.
Sharknado series’ fourth installment will see Rollins play a character named AstroTech Lopez. The film entitled “Sharknado: The 4th Awakens” will pick up five years after the happenings of the third installment, “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!” where the East Coast was ravaged. David Hasselhoff and Ryan Newman will reprise their Sharnado 3 roles with Tara Reid’s character April Wexler making a comeback. It has to be noted that Reed is the author of a book on how to “Survive a Sharknado.”
Rollins is scheduled for a triple threat match against reigning heavyweight champion Dean Ambrose and former Shield teammate Roman Reigns at WWE’s pay-per-view Battleground which is set for June 24 at the Verizon Center in Washington. Though, it is not confirmed whether Reigns will still be in this match since he is officially serving a 30-day suspension for violating WWE’s wellness policy.

Despite being busy shooting for the movie, Rollins will feature in WWE Battleground and the company has major plans for the superstar. Reigns will also make a comeback and will be in the match as he was featured in the promo shown in the Smackdown tapings.

It is noted that both Rollins and Ambrose will be doing extra duty since Reigns will be serving his suspension. Both superstars will have the responsibility to build-up the match over the next 30 days.
Meanwhile, Rollins and Reid will be joined by Hasselhoff, Newman, Gary Busey, Tommy Davidson, Imani Hakim, Cody Linley, Masiela Lusha and Cheryl Tiegs for the Sharknado film.
