The WWE brand extension is coming and there are a lot of fans that are excited and waiting to find out which superstars will be headlining each show. According to the latest WWE rumors, the top babyfaces and heels are already set for both Monday Night Raw and SmackDown.
As mentioned in a previous report, the WWE also announced that SmackDown will begin airing live on Tuesday nights starting July 19. The USA Network wants the wrestling company to boost the ratings of SmackDown that is why the brand extension was planned and a lot of superstar power is needed to bring the show back to its glory days.

According to The Wrestling Observer (h/t What Culture), the current plan is to have Roman Reigns headline Raw with Seth Rollins as his rival. On the other hand, SmackDown will have the star power of John Cena and A.J. Styles will be his adversary.
There are also talks about having another world championship for Tuesday’s show but nothing is concrete at the moment. The same can be said for the WWE Women’s championship and WWE Tag Titles.
As for the midcard titles, it is expected that the Intercontinental and the United States championships will go their separate brands. The WWE may also draft stars from NXT to further increase the number of superstars for each show.

The only official news from the WWE is the house shows and live events scheduled for Raw and SmackDown. Raw will have their live events on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays while going live on Mondays.
SmackDown, on the other hand, is scheduled to have their house shows on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays before doing the live show on Tuesdays. The rumored date of the WWE superstar draft will be on July 11 at the Joe Louis Arena in Detroit, Michigan.
