According to Daily Wrestling News, The Undertaker told the WWE that he is done with wrestling after getting a call from the company. The WWE was asking The Deadman if he wants to be part of the WWE Draft.
The Undertaker still has a contract with the WWE but he is only required to wrestle one match per year. He has already wrestled at WrestleMania 32 and he usually sits out the rest of 2016. The WWE still has eight months to convince The Phenom to wrestle at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando next year.
There were some reports after WrestleMania that The Undertaker silently retired after WrestleMania 32 and he was rumored to be telling close friends that he has wrestled his final match. However, the WWE has not confirmed it and he is still a WWE superstar at the moment.
On the other hand, the future WWE Hall of Famer’s relationship with Vince McMahon is slowly getting better. The Undertaker and the WWE chairman reportedly had a falling out in April leading to the former getting removed from the European tour.
Nonetheless, The Inquisitr noted that The Undertaker will only return for one more match and it will be against John Cena at WrestleMania 33. The Taker vs. Cena match was originally planned for WrestleMania 32 before the latter suffered a shoulder injury.
